Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Jaded London pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Select Return Reason

  Choose the reason for your return or exchange and select your preferred shipping method to generate your prepaid or standard return label.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items, include the return slip inside, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the parcel before dropping it off at a local collection point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
